In view of the Fuel Surcharge Adjustment (FSA) implementation, SCIPSI Billing will also apply corresponding adjustments in the portal processing system. Therefore, we would like to remind all clients of the following:

• All pending or unpaid requests on the portal (i.e., requests without an uploaded proof of payment) after the official cut-off time of Monday at 10:00 PM shall automatically be cancelled and considered invalid.
• Clients will be required to submit a new request for any cancelled transactions beyond the stated cut-off period.
